4. Fees & Billing

Fees follow the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. You must ensure funding availability and pay any non-NDIS fees if applicable.

5. Cancellations

Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee as permitted by NDIS rules.

6. Safety & Clinical Governance

KuCare follows strict clinical governance including risk management, medication safety, infection control, and mandatory reporting.

7. Ending Services

You may end services with notice. We may end services if safety risks arise, funding is exhausted, or terms are breached.
